McCowan runner-up in Cash Money start at Midway Speedway

Making a Cash Money Late Model Series appearance, Dillon McCowan was one of 23 entries checked in for Friday's $2,010-to-win Tony Roper Memorial at Midway Speedway (Lebanon, Mo.).

Moving from fourth-to-second in the pole dash, McCowan started on the front-row of the 40-lap main event and ran second to race-winner Dustin Atkinson.
